You must make this request and return the item(s) within 7 days to qualify (less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee). You will be responsible for all shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect, sealed, and must have tags still attached.  We will not accept any return if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.
